Life Transformation Is Rarely Linear...
Career shifts, loss, burnout, or simply knowing that something needs to change can be powerful invitations to pause, look inward, and reimagine what is possible.
I believe you deserve a safe space to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself, with greater ease, joy, and grace. That is what I am here to help you create. Everything I do is rooted in three core values: Connection, Compassion, and Community. These are not just words. They are the foundation of how I coach, facilitate, and show up for every person I serve.
If you are ready to move from exhaustion to clarity, from feeling stuck to possibility, and from simply getting through life to truly feeling connected to it, I would love to walk alongside you.
MY STORY
My journey spans continents, cultures, and a lifetime of growth. Born in India and raised in New York, I grew up as the youngest daughter of an immigrant family who came to the United States in the 1980s — carrying big dreams, deep roots, and an unshakeable belief in hard work.
I built a life that looked extraordinary by every conventional measure.
A thriving corporate career, a loving husband, two beautiful children, and a warm extended family. By the world's standards, I had arrived.
And yet, life had other plans...
MY CHALLENGES...
Watching my father struggle with bipolar disorder over many years was one of the most painful and humbling experiences of my life. His passing in 2013 cracked something open in me. Questions I had long pushed aside could no longer be ignored. I had stayed busy, stayed strong, numbed myself to the deeper currents beneath my life. But grief has a way of asking us to stop. That was the beginning of my real journey inward. Even as I continued climbing — reaching Senior Vice President at a global bank, earning a multi-six-figure salary — I felt a growing emptiness that success could not fill. I was thriving professionally. Inside, there was a void.
I began searching quietly for something more. Weekends found me volunteering and meditating, shifting from feeling stuck to seeking meaning and purpose beyond the boardroom.
Then came the pandemic. That shifted a lot within me.
Watching my mother battle dementia and losing her in 2021 brought me to my knees — and ultimately, to my greatest awakening. Her transition journey
clarified everything. It showed me what truly matters, what resilience really looks like, and what I was meant to do with the life I had been given.
My transformation was not born in a classroom. It was forged in loss, in stillness, and in the courageous choice to begin again.
AND THE TURNING POINT...
For the first time in my life, I chose to pause and listen to myself.
The emptiness I had been carrying was not a flaw — it was unprocessed grief. Years of numbing, achieving, and staying strong had left me disconnected from my own truth.
So I stopped. I slowed down. I stopped performing and started feeling.
In that stillness, everything shifted. I began healing, releasing what no longer served me, and reconnecting with who I truly was beneath the titles and achievements.
My purpose did not arrive as a grand revelation — it emerged quietly through grief and reflection.
At age 52, I walked away from my corporate career and stepped into the unknown — channeling everything I had lived through into serving others.
What took me a decade to understand and find,
I now help my clients achieve in weeks.

Passionate about teaching and facilitation, I partner with organizations like Learning Tree to deliver leadership development programs and lead healing workshops in my local community — spaces to process grief, restore well-being, and reconnect with what matters most.
BEYOND COACHING:
My work extends beyond 1:1 coaching. I partner with organizations such as Learning Tree to facilitate leadership development programs. I also facilitate healing and wellbeing workshops in my community. Giving back is also central to who I am. I volunteer with Mary's Place by the Sea and Good Grief, supporting women who navigate cancer and children experiencing loss.
As a Mental Health First Aid certified professional, I am committed to create greater awareness, reducing stigma, and building healthier communities.
Since 2019, I have also served as a Rutgers Peer Leader, educating South Asian communities on diabetes prevention, management, and improving cardiovascular health. In 2026, I became a Rutgers Certified Lifestyle Coach, deepening my commitment to whole-person health and sustainable behavior change.
WHAT I BRING:
I bring more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, lived experience of grief and reinvention, and deep training in the mind-body connection. My work is not only about navigating a career pivot alone or recovering from burnout. It is about helping you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, rediscover your purpose, and create a life that feels more aligned and balanced.
I write the weekly Beyond Burnout newsletter on Substack, exploring burnout, identity, and conscious leadership through the lens of neuroscience and lived experience.
It brings me immense gratitude to help my client thrive in their lives!
